Experience is absolutely required, I suppose? Do you have any means of verifying your applicants' claims, or are you simply going to go with the one who makes the most favorable impression?

Experience would be preferred, but I'm willing to overlook that if I consider the applicant to fit the necessary requirements. Given how we were all brought to Death City without means of verifying anyone's identity, much less their education, I can't be as thorough as I would have been back in London.

It's an unfortunate side effect of being temporally displaced as we are. The best one can do is request a rudimentary show of whatever professed skills the applicant has and screen out those with unsatisfactory personalities.

That said, I unfortunately can neither draw nor speak French and so have no place in bothering you on the topic of tutors. I am, however, going to be participating in some musical escapades with your sister sometime in the future and thought perhaps it would be prudent to warn you of them. There's nothing more unsettling than hearing strains of instruments when one does not expect them.
