It seems like most here were taken from places where they were dealing with conflict. Perhaps BREW was doing its best to find experienced fighters.

We have. It would be nice if we were not pulled from times when we were needed, though. It seems most were in the middle of something very important.

My land is in a constant state of war. Different lords are vying for the right to unify our country under their leadership.

As to your question about weapon forms, I can attest that there must be a connection. I turn into a blade that is almost exactly similar to the sword I wield in my world.
