With the information brought to us by Professor Sid Barret, Allen Walker, Winry Rockbell, Kanda Yuu, Yuuri Shibuya, Miranda Lotto -- she's returned home now, if you haven't heard -- and our other operatives in the various continents around the world, Shibusen has come to the conclusion that our comrades -- your fellow guests -- are being kept in a newly constructed building in Michigan. Shibusen will be opening a three-star mission shortly to open the raid of the Michigan Witch base to everyone. Our people are there at the moment watching the target area in preparation for our arrival.
Detailed plans for the mission will go up once the final stealth operations have been carried out in the area. You have until then to decide if you want to go or not.
[There's a mildly pinched expression on his face, but no less determined to continue.] The mission will commence on October 1, the day after tomorrow. There are three objectives: Rescue the victims, destroy the base, and eliminate any witch, golem, or other threats to Shibusen and this world present in that base. Particular targets for termination include the witches identified as Risa and Arisa, the weapon and enchanter Giriko, and the guest known as Jonathan Crane. Any information pertaining to the entity known as MOTHER must be retained for investigation. That is all.
