It will only require training in the beginning. Later on it becomes instinctive.

Changing into your weapon form is not physical draining, though tiring at first. You are not required any exercise or exertion.

Besides, I am older than you by far.

Well, I got to transform when I went to the training ground! Wasn't much work at all~
