#002: Video
[Dated a few hours after this.
The video opens to show Shouta from the chest up, looking slighly worse for wear with a nasty bruise on his chin and a thin trickle of blood down his temple, but none the less amused. The recording is slightly askew. His cap is gone and his hair is disshelved, and all in all he looks like he's been in a brawl. Which, surprise, is the case. He adresses the SC with a level voice, regardless, sounding neither strained nor out of breath.]
I'm not familiar with the procedures here in Death City, but I doubt anyone appreciates a guest going around beating up shop owners and taking whatever they please.
[There's muffled groans in the background, not terribly coherent but anyone listening closely is free to identify those_trashes 's voice from the semi-coherent muttering. 'Get off of me'; 'stupid trash' etc.]
So I'd like to speak to an official or anyone to do with law-enforcement about what to do with this stupid thieving brat.
