Some skills are more active, ones that are called upon, such as the ability to teleport, embue their Weapons with a certain element, things such as that.

I have read that there are others that are not quite as deliberate. For example, they might be activated by certain circumstances or emotions. Some are even something constant, such as the Calming Wavelength.

I have been here quite a while, and have attended classes. There are also some useful books in the library.
