[The screen shows someone looking eerily like that guy that cut his arm while falling off a building. Ah, but closer inspection would reveal some notable differences.
Ling doesn't use Video very often, but that's more because something about showing your face to a public audience always disconcerted him. However he appears on video today for a pretty good reason.]
[There's something different about the way he looks, for those of you who know him. It might not be completely noticeable until he pauses to move the pair of scissors off the table he has the communicator on.
Yep, He cut his hair. Short, too. In fact it looks like he just took the scissors to the base of his pony tail and SNIP.]
To stop possible confusion from arising later down the road. I would like to point out that there are two people in this City with similar appearances. Myself and one called Greed.
[He points Idly to his hair. He shrugs and there's a small grin on his face.]
Greed wears his hair longer and makes a habit of falling off buildings. I am Ling Yao, I do not fall from buildings.
Now that we are clear.
[He pauses. The smile somewhat fades. He speaks now in Xingese, which to those Chinese speakers out there sounds like an old old dialect of Chinese.]
I suppose most of you are curious, or perhaps concerned.
