[So guess who got stuck at Shibusen before the fog became worse? No matter, he has work to do. Partially for Rise's projects but mainly for himself. The video shows that he's in the library with a few choice books with their spines conveniently turned away from the screen. He is jotting down notes as he goes over the pages of one book.
