accidental video&voice
[So guess who got stuck at Shibusen before the fog became worse? No matter, he has work to do. Partially for Rise's projects but mainly for himself. The video shows that he's in the library with a few choice books with their spines conveniently turned away from the screen. He is jotting down notes as he goes over the pages of one book. Thankfully he's nearly done and stops after a moment.] Now...
[He closes the books and looks around before quickly and silently stuffing the books into a bag next to him. What is he doing? Hmm. Getting up he takes the communicator, unaware its on and shoves it into his pants pocket. the video peeks out just a little to reveal quickly moving shapes and colors.]
[ooc; So Lavi has temporarily borrowed a few books from the two-star sections of the library and notes on the arrivals of everyone in Death City, etc etc, without asking anyone. He's now going to try and leave the library (I think the glasses are done by now...? idk, if not then he'll just chill undercover somewhere). This has been mod approved!]
