[Glowers at him though the static, like he's waiting for him to snap out of his stupor so that he can be yelled at properly. Kanda's really not the rescue mission type though, and to judge by the look on his face he'd just as soon let Laguna die from exposure as waste his time worrying about anyone who's too damn weak to even look after himself.]

[OOC: I'm thinking that Heine and Kanda might effectively trip over him, either before or after they've stumbled into Rae. Rae's thread in the open log is here--we could just all descend there?
