I think it's pawsible but I haven't actually seen anyone do it beclaws its so hard. With a third purrson that just means another purrson that everyone has to be able to get in tune in. But yea. It's pawsible.

I believe the current Shinigami wields two Weapons. It is much more challenging, however, and you would have to gain enough Kishin Egg souls for both of them.

I think someone may have, although I don't know the details. You have to balance three soul wavelengths at once, so you either have to be incredibly compatible, or very skilled at negotiating with people.
