For example, how many arms would a weapon form like yours require to wield? At least one arm. A Meister would need to hold onto one of the cuffs, or have it around their wrist. The other end is the one that carries out attacks, for the most part. The chain also serves the purpose of constriction.

You recently lost your vision. I can understand how that would a particularly hard on a Meister.

If you want to attempt resonation, I am open to the idea... but when I tried with Mello, he was injured. I feel it's only fair to warn you.
