[a few minutes after the clock strikes midnight, Rose decides now is the perfect time to make a post. sometimes she just can't resist being appropriately dramatic]
This was on the fourth floor of the Shibusen library, tucked neatly out of sight. I've never seen the language written on this paper, so I can't make any confident conclusions as to the drawing's purpose.
Considering the lengths that Shibusen went to hide this from our view, if it doesn't have anything to do with our current 'enemies' then I'll be quite surprised.
[Enma's never been a fan of how Shibusen does things -- perhaps he's too easily angered, too suspicious, too jumpy. He's had a change of heart since he first came here, albeit a small one, and while he's decided to lend them a hand to get his friends home, Enma finds his newfound noble cause to be in conflict with his old suspicions. Mostly, he's afraid of doing the wrong thing again, of helping the wrong people and messing everything else. Perhaps that's why there's a slightly defensive tone in his message]
without any hints people are going to come up with some weird ideas you know
I'm fully aware of that. But considering the fact that we've been uprooted from our original universes to fight in a war where half of the population is required to transform into inanimate objects, I don't think that we can afford to rule out even the most ridiculous possibilities. The worst that happens is we have a deluge of ideas to sift through, which is always preferable to a dearth.
From what I've seen of this city and its populace up to this point, mass hysteria could be caused simply by leaning out of a window and sneezing loudly. I'll risk a stampede if I can find a few people to collaborate with.

[you're welcome, asshole. maybe next time you could do something yourself rather than wait for the precocious girl+toddler team to bring back the goods.]
[He barely had any idea what she's on about, but he's curious. That glaring purple text is a bit of an attention getter. And as for things being hidden, well, maybe he isn't that surprised.]
Yannow... if that's supposed to be hidden, you're going to get in trouble, just putting it out there.
That's hardly a deterrent - in fact I consider it just the opposite. If Shibusen doesn't wish for this information to be made public, all the more reason to broadcast it to the world. I'm not afraid of their petty repercussions, so there's very little to lose.

Very often important pieces of information are easily hidden from prying eyes simply because they appear to be of no consequence. I have a feeling this is the case.
If the language is one that any of the residents would be familiar with, I should hope they would step forward to translate. I find it fairly suspicious that it doesn't seem compatible with whatever mystical forces allow us all to speak coherently with each other, though.

he'd even gotten into a short argument with Stein about the library. figures Rose would go rogue again and pull a stunt like this.
saving dat file. it might be nothing without context, or it might be worth keeping around.]
