Well, for a party, I'm not too sure. I mean, for the most part parties should be about what the person it's being thrown for likes, right?

So, what does Guy like other than training?

[Blink blink, then smile.]

And don't worry about it. If you want to give me a gift, bring it to me anytime!

That should work pretty well.

And how little of a dance floor are you planning on? I mean, the training field is a bit big, so the dance floor doesn't need to be tiny.

Hm, I don't know. Thirty isn't exactly the size I had in mind but it'd be enough, right?

Maybe.

You might want to go with forty or fifty just to be on the safe side though. It's better to plan for too much then for too little, after all.

That makes sense. Besides, a little more room for everyone to dance in wouldn't kill anyone, right?

[ She figures the dancing will die down when Guy tries it. ]

Also, what do you think about dunk tanks?

Yeah, exactly.

[She smiles a bit at the thought of a dunk tank.]

As long as it's not too cold outside for it, it'd probably be a pretty fun idea. Any idea on who you're going to ask to be in the tank?

Kakashi-sensei. Guy-sensei's rival from home. I think he'd love the event himself. What do you think? [ dunk kakashi sensei mO___Om. ]

That works out well then! Though maybe it'd be a good idea to a few other people to do it too, that way he's not in there for the entire party. Then again, from what I can tell of Guy, he might just want to be part of it himself.

And now that I think of it, I don't think I've met Kakashi-san before, what's he like?

I know. I'm going to let others try and toss things at Kakashi-sensei and dunk him, but, Guy-sensei himself might actually get in the tank [ Awkward. ]

Basically the polar opposite of Guy-sensei. He's calm, collected, and more subtle. He can be a bit playful too but it's sort of like a poking fun thing. He's rather interesting though. You just can't ever tell what's going on in his head. Like Guy-sensei, he believes in comradeship and is kind despite his more cool exterior. I am sure you'll be able to meet him at the party though.

Heheh, yup. I guess as long as he has fun it shouldn't be too bad, right?

And well, he does sound interesting. He and Guy get along pretty well?

I think it'll be fun and, to answer your other question, sort of? [ Tenten blinks before realizing how odd that sounds. ]

They're rivals. Guy-sensei tells him to compete in all of these ridiculous challenges from rock, paper, scissors to wrestling. Kakashi-sensei acts aloof, and never acknowledges the rivalry and just teases him by pretending he's all lax and collected about everything and sometimes he'll even feign defeat or suddenly sit down in a middle of a challenge against Guy-sensei just to toy with him, but they're pretty close regardless. Really close. In fact, they're a Meister and a Weapon here.

[Chika couldn't help but laugh at that.]

I see! That makes sense, and they have to get along well if they're partnered together! Do you know how long they've been partners?

I'm not too sure with that. Death City wise I want to say about three or four months but otherwise? They've known each other for like, at least fifteen years or something.

... Yeah, I just meant Death City wise? What type of otherwise are you talking about?

underspinning November 24 2011, 12:22:30 UTC
Before Death City, obviously. They're both from the same world.

So they worked together a lot then?
