Me and Sendo have moved in together as partners.

Even Valerian herbs? Chamomile with lavender tea?

It usually works out very well when I mix them, I never saw anyone maintaining himself standing after drinking that.

Calming Wavelength is a Meister ability. I'm not sure of the mechanics, but it's been used in the hospital and clinic after a crisis to keep the patients and visitors calmed. I've heard it aids in negating the effects of a Madness Wavelength as well.

Are these crisis always Witch related, or can it used in other situations?

I'm sure it could be used whenever a Meister that is gifted with it chooses to.

[Tohru smiles kindly at the screen.]

I..I think some meister have that ability, calming wavelength so I'm sure one of them can explain.

I know a nice cup of warm milk and honey helps me sleep.

I will wait for their reply, I suppose.

[small pause] I have actually tried that. Same as tea, it doesn't seem to work,

[medicine implies doctors. And she doesn't really want to tell them any of this]

[there is a pause.]

Yeah. Probably.

When I cannot sleep I go outside and run several laps! That always helps me!

It's actually a good idea. I feel relaxed the most after the morning training.

I hope that it helps! Sometimes it also helps to get to the root of what is keeping you from sleeping if there is a cause, though at times it can just be excitement.
