Dec 21, late morning [Video]

[Hello there Death City, here is Zelos looking mighty confused.]

I have a question for those who may have an answer. Is it normal for those from the grid to sleep in bathtubs? My partner Ram has curled up in our with a blanket and everything, so I am just wondering if this is one of those cultural difference that I don't know yet... or something

[Okay, Zelos isn't going to think you are a total freak for it, just... not something he expected to find when he got up to go pee this morning.]

[Sorry, sorry, program; it still isn't something he is used to finding. No... but peeing in the toilet with someone sleeping in the bathtub is a little odd... public restrooms are one thing but a private one... just a little different.]

Because I do not wish harm to come to Ram, I will tell you to teach him that the bed is more comfortable. Bathtubs hurt the back.

Thank you for letting me know, I will find a way to get him to not sleep there.

Does he usually sleep like that?

I don't know, most the time when we get home from working at the host club we both wind down and go to bed, I've always assumed he goes and sleeps in his bed. And in the mornings he works early at the Watch office and I'm not up yet, so I've never seen him do it before.

You should ask him when he wakes up. Sleeping in a bathtub is no good, it'll hurt his back.

I guess I will have to, and see if I can get him to sleep on his bed... or at least somewhere else.

Are you a friend of Ram's?

I can't say if it's normal, but it might be safer for him.

Safer? May I ask how? I mean if that can be safer I may consider finding one to sleep in myself.

[Yes, he is going to humor you, little lady, though he means no cruel intentions by it, just to see what you are talking about.]

I'm not from the grid either, [she doesn't even know what that means] but different kinds of people have different needs.

[Yes, even sleeping in bathtubs.]

Oh of course, which is why I was asking around about it, I would hate to address it as some kind of issue with him if it is a necessity. He is kind and nice, but I fear he would be anxious about any discussion we would have even if it were some kind of need for him.

[Screw the point of this post, this god is silently laughing at you.]

Yes, something else, there are more than just cultural differences. There can be religious ones, social ones... mental ones. I just didn't feel I needed to list through all the differences possible.

You worry that he might be mentally damaged?

Well, for one, I never said I had any inclination that he could be mentally off, for another thing, even if he did turn out to be so, he is my partner and a wonderful person as he is.
