I am not certain about the Archery range, but I imagine it can be arranged if it does not yet exist.

As for work, have you checked the employment board? From what I have heard, finding a job there is relatively easy.

I doubt it would be too much trouble. Shibusen is generally helpful about such things, as are other guests.
