[Two things made him wonder about this one: the isn't that nice?, which Mello instinctively resents as an attempt to tell him what he thought before he thought it; and the apparent belief his arrival is important to Death City, which could be either a sign of a kindred spirit hoping (pretending) this is the case, or one of a person (or whatever this one really is) too deluded to be useful.]
