So I found a reason to update my LJ. I recently wrote something about love, and remembered I wrote this a long time ago. It's eerily similar. Also, I need to re-read this from time to time

Your 'working' love....

Reciently, I have come to realize how scary things are for me. Why? Because I have come to realize that love doesn't mean anything. Love didn't mean support. Love didn't mean understanding. Love didn't mean comfort. Love didn't mean special.

And now I have understanding, support, comfort and I feel special. Yet I don't feel love.

I think I'm going to go on a vacation from love for a bit. I can't seem to grasp what it means or even what it's supposed to mean in theory.

But I'm glad you've got it worked out. You two just seem so happy together. But after hearing that my 3rd friend is getting married, I just want to say that you'd better invite me to your wedding.

lol I find your first comments funny. If Ajae is okay with it ask him sometime about the conversation we had this weekend, and WHY he needed to find this post.

Actually if I can find my entry on love I'll send/post it to you.

I basicly told Opal I sometimes had doubts about if I love her or not. Then I started to think about all the little ways she makes me smile, and how I can trust her with anything, including not freaking out on me when I say something like that as some people would. And how I like her company, not just in a romantic sense, or a sexual sense, but also in a best-friend kinda sense. Then I was sure I do.

Thats a brief summary anyway.
