Anise and Jazz | Around Afternoon | chestnuts booth

[gogotokunaga]

Just as Anise promised a couple of days ago, she was waiting for Jazz in hopes to find some lunch around here. They hit it off pretty well and the younger girl was interested in talking to her. She spent a good deal in the afternoon trying to find her and eventually settled with the chestnuts booth. Hopefully, she'll find her there.

[gogotokunaga]

"Rock...music?" She raised an eyebrow. "What you mean they play music from rocks? ...That would be kind of interesting." But a giggle escaped from her. Really, playing music from rocks in front of hundreds of people?

"Ouch, that's a harsh way to find out!"

[jazz_enpsyche]

"OH! No, no! Heh, no rocks it's just...a bit harsher then other music. It's also supposed to be for rebelling teenagers to anger their parents with." She shrugs, it had some good songs and bands. Mostly it was just loud though.

"Ah, just a little."

[gogotokunaga]

"oohhhhh." She said back. What kind of music would rebel against parents anyway? "But now I'm interested! I want to see what kind of music is 'rock'!"

She wasn't planning on using it against her parents but if it was suppose to anger people, a harmless prank once in a while at Daath couldn't hurt. Besides, that place was so boring...

"Then let's head over. I kind of want to hear your friend now too." Well blasting the likes of Ozzy, Steve and Joan to people who had never heard them would probably make a place the opposite of boring.

[gogotokunaga]

"Let's go!" She said before grabbing Jazz's hand and going straight for the band. As she did, she continued her conversation.

"So how do you like it here so far?"

[jazz_enpsyche]

Whoa! Okay that was something new. She follows anyway, smiling a bit at how easily Anise continued talking.

"I'm still debating. It's comfortable at least and the Shibusen staff seem nice enough."

[gogotokunaga]

"At least it's a litttle bit better compared to where I'm from!" By that, she meant that the people of Shibusen weren't stuffy old men and that they were having a festival right now.

"The people are having some fun here!"

[jazz_enpsyche]

"Can I ask what you do for fun in your world? So far here it seems about the same for me." Stuffy old men can be a bit boring sometimes.

[gogotokunaga]

"Well then...where I live, the most we do is just play bingo and pray to Yulia. That's how we define back in Daath." While they don't cling to the Score anymore, they still do pray to her looking for guidance.

"Buuttt whenever I have the time, just talking and shopping around with my friends is good enough! ...And maybe a harmless trick or two."

[jazz_enpsyche]

That doesn't sound like much fun but she'll smile politely. The hanging with friends idea does sound fun. Jazz quirks an eyebrow.

"Harmless trick or two?"

[gogotokunaga]

"You know, just to get a laugh or two because we all need it at some point!"

"Of course." Have a smile, Anise, "As long as they aren't dangerous, pranks actually show a person has a creative side."

[gogotokunaga]

"Hehe, I'm glad to see that someone agrees with me!" Although, being friends with Jade for 2 years does have its perks. "So...are you up for one?"

[jazz_enpsyche]

"Wait, me?" She is honestly surprised, but then...her straight laced reputation isn't known here, "I've never really had motive to do one before."

[gogotokunaga]

"Do you want to try?" Anise was curious to see if Jazz would do it or not. "I promise that I'll go easy on you!"
