[ As he said he would, Haru is wearing a fabulous kimono with a bright purple scarf. And while this may have made him appear more feminine than normal, he's very much going out with a girl. As soon as he spots her, he waves enthusiastically. ]

Yako-chaaaan! Over here, over here!

Oh! There you are, Haru-san!

{Yako opted for a less traditional outfit; a pretty dress with a black coat open over it and matching heels. Her cheeks are a bit pink and it's to her credit that she doesn.t stumble; a few of the cups of eggnog she had downed at the contest had gotten to her.

[ Uwaaa. How cute! He reaches out and opts for the G-rated greeting by yanking her into a tight hug. ]

You look pretty! Ah! I got you a little something.

[ He pulls back completely and presents a clear box with a blue ribbon on top. Inside said box is a corsage. ]

I don't know if Yako-chan has a favorite color, but I thought this would look pretty if you pinned it in your hair.

{She hugs him back just as enthusiastically, before carefully arranging the corsage in her hair.}

[ Haru steps back and eyes her before nodding his approval. ]

[ And then he holds out his hand for her. ]

Hm...well, I was in the eggnog drinking contest earlier, so unless Haru-san is hungry we could go look at the booths?

Ahaha oh wow. I hope you did well! ....and that you're not going to puke everywhere.

[ Eggnog was some pretty thick stuff, after all! ]

I'm fine with just looking around the booths. We can play a game.

Did you go to a lot of festivals back home?

A few. Mostly with my parents....

Mmmm no. Not really. My job keeps me pretty busy, and my clients aren't usually the type to go out in public. But I've been to a couple! Never a western one, though~!
