For now he'll stick with Shizuo as they run down the corridors looking for kishin to fight. He grips the other tightly and keeps his guard up as they move.]
[ooc: Becci is on hiatus so we can skip her if need be and KB is our npc bug her for details, and if anything needs to be changed just tell me!]

So far, so good.]
It's quiet here... [He moves backwards a few quick paces, closing the space between himself and Motochika a bit more in order to keep his voice low.]
Do you not find it odd?
Reply
It is. From what I've seen they're not capable of planning out an attack.
[He's sure that they're the only ones in this area, the other team that was also sent to the West side had taken a different route to them. Besides if another team had passed ahead before them there would be evidence all along the walls.]
Think this means there's something big ahead?

Shall I run ahead?

Mitsunari, do you know what you're capable of and if it's possible to use it by yourself?
[Rampaging while on the influence of a madness wavelength is not the best way to figure out a Weapons abilities, so questioning it is.]
Scouting would need stealth and speed. [Something he knows that he and Shizuo lack.]
Reply
He turns his gaze ahead of them, looking down the hall.]
I have always been capable of such things, pirate.

No point in arguing now, so he chooses to take the neutral route.]
Then I'll count on you to continue to watch our back then. And Shizuo's right, it'll be best to stick together where we can continue to support each other.

He'd caught sight of a number of kishin souls along the way, but they'd been fortunately too far away to be bothered with. That was why he hadn't bothered to mention it.]
There's something up ahead.
[While the others couldn't see it yet, Sohki could see the purple soul just further down the next corridor. He'd never seen a purple like that before.]

I'm ready.

With a near-crazed smile on her face, Sif chanted beneath her breath to conjure up her little pets. The air around her crackled with electricity, and soon enough six electrified serpent-like eels emerged and began heading down the corridor towards the junction hiding the coming prey.]

They looked like a kind of snake. The hair on Hisoka's arms raised as electricity crackled through the air.
Well now, that makes things a little more interesting.
He wasn't bothered by the electricity at all - instead, Hisoka lunged at the closest one, dodging its fangs and grabbing it around the neck from behind.
Willpower and training prevented him from hissing as electricity shot through his body, but he refused to let go. He could smell the burning of hair on his arms and his hands began to blister. The head of the serpent whipped around, trying to bite him to make him let go.

[There was amusement in his tone. He knew that there was only one way for Hisoka to learn, and he wouldn't strip the fighter of that lesson.
Running swiftly behind Hisoka's soul, he caught sight of the small ones attached to the familiars. Moving to dart around Hisoka, Sohki prepared himself to defend against the eels as he caught sight of the Witch just up ahead.]
Oh ho~ now this could prove interesting.
[It wasn't the first time he'd been in battle against one.]

Wh-what are they? [too bad he couldn't summon his own monsters...]
