Description: A little slice of life with Alice and Iceland.
Alice had spent enough time doing nothing, and reading books could only go so far before she would find herself rereading the same sentence over and over. And what now? Blue eyes blinked when she realized she had ended up in the kitchen, staring at the cupboards and the refrigerator. Maybe she could bake something sweet for them to snack on. Oh, but... "Does he like sweet things?" Now she was talking to herself! Alice must have really been losing her mind. Though this did make her realize something; she didn't know as much about him as she wanted to.
Shaking her head, Alice put the thought aside for now and decided instead to surprise him with a dinner. Well, they often had dinner together, but maybe if she found something special to make...
It took some time, and plenty of fretting that Iceland might catch her in the act ( that would ruin the surprise completely! ) but finally Alice had the table set and ready. In the end, she found she had no idea what to make and ended up with a light colored pasta. How it tasted... she wasn't quite sure, and without a lot of time spent cooking beforehand she wasn't sure if it was even edible but at least she gave it her best shot. Now all she had to do was wait and hope.
Without even noticing it her heart began to beat anxiously and Alice started to feel nervous. She wanted to talk to him tonight, maybe... No, definitely, she was just worried about sounding nosy. Yeah. That's all it was.
