Do not hesitate to ask for help should you need it, and remember that defense is the first priority; the staff and students of Shibusen will take care of the offence, and our main job is the defense.
For civilians and non-combatants - please make haste immediately towards Shibusen, where maximum security will be given there by the staff members as well as members of SEES. Avoid the outer zones as that is where the kishins are coming from; stay as close to the inner districts as you can. Call for help if you need it, and one of us will come to you as soon as possible.
