A group of Meisters and Weapons, led by a Shibusen operative -Mifune, Leo, Yuuri Shibuya and Conrad Weller- who went on a Shibusen mission have returned with the news of an impending Kishin egg invasion from Arizona. It is of the utmost importance that we protect the city as much as possible.
Able Weapon/Meister partnerships willing to help defend the city should focus on keeping the inner city safe, either from Kishin eggs that have made it into the inner city itself or preventing more Kishin eggs from entering the city. Try to focus on defending the waterways and pushing the Kishin eggs out.
Guests incapable of or disinterested in fighting should retreat to Shibusen immediately and wait for further instructions. Until further notice, the clinic and all its patients will be moved immediately to Shibusen.
Watch members: please focus the bulk of your attentions on keeping the borders. I understand you have zones?
SEES members: it's time to prove yourselves. Make sure to help citizens, incapacitated guests and wounded parties to Shibusen as quickly as possible. Protect anyone incapable of protecting themselves. If you can, destroy any Kishin eggs you come into contact with. Protect those who have taken refuge within Shibusen.
As for the Agency, we will also need to be updated as often as possible, in order to move our own efforts and the efforts of the defending guests in tandem to stop the Kishin eggs from moving further into the city.
