What's the best way to improve the synchronization with your partner?

I asked some of my coworkers from the red district but... some of the things the girls suggested are... a bit strange.

You'll be okay. The Academy wouldn't send you on any missions you couldn't handle. I could always come with you guys. I've beaten up witches and other demon things all by myself, you know.~

I lived inside a computer, I am a program. Another program that was taking over the whole system killed me. We were in War too.
