SHIBUSEN WEST EUROPE STILL A MYSTERY
Yesterday found Europe baffled as Shibusen bases were found engulfed in unknown black balls of concentrated madness. A reported 212 agents in total are missing, with some 300 civilians acting as personnel to these bases.
Incidents of violence caused by madness as well as kishin egg activity have risen nearly 200% in the thirty hours since the discovery of the black balls. Locations most affected are Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Austria. Liechtenstein is currently evacuating many of its forty thousand citizens to the safety of Germany, while the Swiss have opted to flee further north of their country.
The European Union has promised its cooperation with Shibusen and various countries have mobilized their own armies and police forces to help in the evacuations.
Europe’s confidence in Shibusen is shaken as investigations continue to yield no answers to the questions the rest of the world wants to know: Why did this happen? How do we stop this from happening again? How do we remove these black balls?
