I really like the way you described Kame's relationship with music, since it says more about Kame than it does about the music he likes.

My favorite line is this one: Kame feels a pang of isolation, of distance. He feels like he is in outer space, where it really is freezing--claustrophobic despite all that empty space (there's no air). Kame feels like he is galaxies and galaxies away from--

That's really powerful. The imagery of the last line is also powerful.

I had to read AKAME ON THE RUN twice to realise that they had like powaaas. And was like o___o!!!
(i read an epic Je fic once. it was terrible. but your drabble was awesome...it was awesome when i didn't get it, and it was awesomer when my brain finally comprehended that hey you can have awesome fics with Akame that can Apparate. ;0 <3)

but all of them are sad :(
