Oh, wow. This is so deliciously disturbing. I love it to bits. I can totally understand Peter, I think I would've been questioning reality as well. I can't imagine living in such uncertainty the whole time. Poor Peter... and there really doesn't seem to be a way to help him. Ouch!

Brava. Thank you for sharing! :D

Thank you so much for the feedback, and for reading! :D

Poor Peter, I know. D: I wrote "Galaxies" as a one-shot to just…crush him, actually - but then people were asking for a sequel, and I wanted to do one - but…I still wanted him crushed. *cough!* I guess I was going for a "Schrödinger's Cat" kind of thing, where either fic could be the "reality"? But I am glad it was disturbing! :D

And….yes! Thank you again! <33333

Yeah, well there's really not many crushed Peter stories floating around, so it makes this story even more unique :D

Um, I'm here, and I can't keep but thinking: this was so freaking cool! I know, I know... poor Peter and Neal and El (and even Satchmo!), but this just has an Inception / Shutter Island kind of vibe to it, and I love it.
Great job!

Oh wow, this is so creepy. It leaves me wondering if Galaxies was real, if Neal found them & then lost his mind. If this one is in Neal's head. D: Awesome story!

You know, I did not even consider that interpretation when I was writing - but that could so totally be possible, as well. And it's extra super creepy. O.o

AFAIC, whichever "truth" the reader believes is the true ending of the story - I didn't feel committed to a "truth" while writing it - and I have been getting really interesting feedback on what people think was going on. :D

So...yes. Thank you so, so much for reading, and for the great feedback! <3

This is wonderfully dark and creepy and disturbing, and I love all the little touches of things that don't quite make sense - at the time and in retrospect. And I really felt for both Neal and Peter (and El) the whole way through.

That is such a cruel position for Peter to be in at the end, not quite being able to trust the evidence of his own senses any more. You're an evil person, in the very best way! :D

Aww, thank you! Evil is my mission statement. XD

I am so glad you liked it, though! Poor Peter, I agree - I mean, the best case scenario for him, coming out of this, is that he never really believes that anything is actually happening to him ever again, which is...D:

But yes. Thank you so much for reading, and I am so glad you enjoyed it! <3

Creepily wonderful and thought provoking. This is definitely the type of fic that stays with you (hauntingly so) as I mull over all of Peter's unanswered questions.
