Since I can't think of anything to post for myself, here's a meme.

I volunteered for this on donnickcottage's journal. I told him my age, and he gave me a year of my life he wanted to know about. Then I put in the age he asked for and filled in the bits after the ellipses (. . .). If you would like to play along, leave me a comment with your age ( Read more... )

I wanna know what you were like as a teenager. Like, 17.:-)

I'm sorry I didn't do the meme-thingy you did the other day, but I've done that one before.:-)

17? Dull. I was a fairly good kid. Mediochre student, due to self-esteem & motivation issues. Might have had something to do with th two suicide attempts my mother made 'twixt 12 & 17. Liked looking like Greg Brady more than Nickelson in Easy Rider. Did not drink or smoke, hated drugs and most hard rock with a passion. Distrusted all churches. Most definitely knew there were women on this planet.

You're welcome.:-) And yes, I am, with no plans of changing that. It was 15 years in December.

Hmmm... In 1999 I also lived in DeKalb (County Georgia) :p And, we had a Saturn (SW2 Blue), but I can't remember the year. XD It was our second Saturn, which replaced a Saturn SL1.

We now have a 2001 Saturn SL2 that a friend gave us for Megan to drive... it has not died yet. However, the way Megan is driving it, that may not be that far off. XD

We have so many things in common, it's scary.:-)

I want to keep my SL going until C&C learn to drive, at least, because I want them to learn on a manual transmission. I'm pretty sure it just needs a new battery, or maybe an alternator, and new tires by now, but we've had other things to spend money on. I don't know what kind of car I'll get when I replace this one. I really like Saturns!
