("Back to school", three little words that herald in the end of summer vacation. ... Then again, considering how things went last summer, I suppose I can at least be glad it's over. Of course, that doesn't make me feel any better about going to school again...)

[Gat happens to be walking down the same sidewalk as Kyon, coming from the fire station. Thankfully, there'll be no collisions today; as soon as he realizes someone is in his path, he steps to the side and gives a polite gesture.]

Pardon.

[Though there's something about the way he's moving that doesn't look right. There's something awkward about it.]

[Kyon is spotted by a 17-ish-year-old girl that's wearing typical 1950s outdoor wear (eh, details), a red hairband with two sets of makeshift black ribbons tying up both sides of her light-to-dark-brown hair, and a long braid going down to her legs. A reference can be seen here. She walks up to you and asks:]

Hello, how do you do? I'm looking for some people...

I'm not sure whether I can help, but I'm willing to try?

[She rummages in her pockets and generates a folded paper, handing it over to the boy.]

My name is Aurica. I'm looking for them:

[Though the names are spelled correctly the handwriting is a little childish, but legible enough:

Lyner Barsett
Claire Branch
Radolf Schnaizen
Krusche Elendia
Jack Hamilton
Misha Arsellec Lune
Shurelia

Each name is accompanied by a crude but colorful picture drawn in crayon of each person, in any manner of heads or miniature bodies.]

Is there anything I can call you by?

Ah... Well, I guess I can keep an eye out, but they don't look familiar.

Anyway, I guess you can call me Kyon, Miss Aurica.
