I'm late; I got caught up in drama watching. Everybody feeling comeback fever? ^^
So, it's the turn of..

Seohyun is the youngest member of the Girls' Generation. She is a high leveled pianist. Along with Tiffany and Jessica, they released a single "오빠 나빠" ("Bad Oppa") and "Mabinogi (It's Fantastic!)". Seohyun is an avid fan of the show and character, Keroro Gunsou. She is also fond of the American actor Johnny Depp.
Magnae is the quiet one, and being the quiet one in a group of 9 means she has been.. maybe not forgotten, but pretty overlooked (not by me; I'll explain why later). That is, until recently. Let's get the 'growing up well' ball and knock it out of the park, shall we?
Appearance-wise, you can tell she's the youngest. She looks more mature than a lot of the girls, but she has innocence and purity and quiet maturity and elegance in her stature. See? My first time scrolling through a Seohyun gallery, I was surprised at how blown away I was. Especially these days, brief shots on her in shows and many people are saying their eyes are being drawn to her, fans who never paid her much heed before. She has this amazing prescence, in so many of her pictures, that makes me just sortof stop. Talk about photogenic; some people you can't really see them from their pictures - not so for magnae. To be honest, I still sortof miss the Seohyun of old. But I'm glad her growing loveliness is getting her more attention. Also, isn't her hair lovely? Wow, I'm gushing. What do you want? She's edible. And she said on a radio interview she used to think she wasn't pretty when she was around her unnies. *gawp* She runs low on confidence, but is definitely starting to break out of her shell; the other girls always compliment and praise her because they know she needs a confidence boost. Still, she doesn't stop that from giving it her all. She can also work the energy, and she doesn't look like she's trying too hard, either.
You're thinking she probably can't really pull sexy. You're wrong. She CAN, because she works hard, as her members have often attested to. Jessica said that if Seohyun makes a mistake, she'll think about it all day and apologise. She's not so babied, though, the members also love teasing her, and I can see why. You'll grow used to the sound of magnae's voice going "Unnie~!" while she makes a face like this. Hysterical! ^^
Magnae has 2 great loves in life.
#1: Keroro.
Yep, the little green froggy. She adores it. Her biggest fandom, I'd say - they went with her on an ep of Girls Go To School to watch a recording of the show. Check TaeFany's enthusiasm against Seohyun's. ^^ I think she carts that thing everywhere. Keroro, keroro, keroro. The other girls always bring up her obsession. She even asked their manager to take her to keroro hospital. (That clip is so cute - she says the character she wants to act most is Hermione from Harry Potter! She even tries to cast a spell. She. Keeps. Hitting. All. My. Fandoms. More on this later)
#2: Johnny Depp
AAAAAAAAAAAAHH. Excuse me while I die. Johnny Depp is my first love. Sooyoung said in Girls Go To School, keroro and Johnny Depp are magnae's biggest loves in life. IN FACT. <-- Declaration of love. Pirates of the Caribbean is, of course, her favourite film; there was just no freakin' way I wasn't going to love her after that one. Somebody needs to make a Seohyun/Johnny Depp fanvid/fanfic.
I think Seohyun's episode from Girls Go To School is Tiff's birthday party; the episode I really fell in love with Seohyun. She talks about how, since they've debuted, people at school say there's no point in her going to school or studying anymore, since she doesn't need to now she's an entertainer, but magnae doesn't see it that way. She wants to study and learn, and she doesn't think its right that entertainers are seen as stupid; her tearing for this reason: <3 You can also see her in school, eating lunch in her school uniform, in Yoona's ep of Manwon Haengbok. Magnae looks SO cute like that, all normal schoolgirl. *ded* You can't tell she's a celebrity at all.
Why else does Seohyun rock? She's multi-talented!! Piano sKeElZ. Look at those fingers go!!! Look in comparison to YoonFany. Piano love is probably the reason jdrama Nodame Cantabile is her favourite drama (and one of mine, too!! See? FANDOMS), and she pops out random 'Chianki senpai! Nodame!~'s in GGTS quite a lot. Multi-talented!! She's also fluent in Chinese (although she's a bit slow in that one, her accent is adorable!) They're all at it in this clip, Seohyun's pretty fast/natural from what I can tell. She's also very natural doing covers of English songs, although not as much as JeNy, who are native speakers and Taeyeon who seems the most fluent non-American. Nevertheless, magnae can rock it very un-Engrishly.
Embarrassed!magnae is too cute. <-- That also showcases some dancing and general magnae cutes at work. She's not even my most favourite member, but she brings out this protective, spazzy streak in me. And Park Kyung Lim. And the person who made this fanvid. (Check out 1:19, a tiny magnae with certain gods rising from the east) - if you don't want to put her in your pocket and take her home by the end, I'll give you a fiver. And another one. Note how keroro makes an appearance or two in each one. ^^ Visiting disabled people with gogoma, she's attentive, yet natural.
Seohyun is also, of course, a good singer. ARG it's hard to find solos she's done, minus this one, which isn't a solo either, it's a duet. Her vocal control is consistent; personally I think she's not yet able to put emotion into her singing. Nevertheless, it's obvious how hard she works, and I'm sure she'll only improve with time. Relatively recent perf of Tell Me, she was pretty good.
