What a charming fic!

I completely agree with xcgirl08, your characterization is amazing. I could probably quote and squee about the whole fic, but I'll contain myself and only quote 2 parts.

Embry falls into step with her, smiling. “He really likes you, you know.”

Bella glances over her shoulder, watching Jacob wrestle Quil to the ground, and nods slowly. “I really like him, too.”
There's just something so sweet and innocent about this moment. Love it.

“Bella,” he tugs off one of his gloves and takes her limp hand in his. “Bella, I’ve pretty much been in love with you since you stuck the shell in my sandcastle and I’ve been waiting all these years to fill out and get taller and be everything I thought maybe you’d want in a boyfriend-which is what I want to be. Your boyfriend. If you’ll have me.” He pauses. “Was that smooth?”
*swoon* Definitely smooth.

And I love how the Cullens are only mentioned in passing and that Jacob is totally willing to go speak to Edward about his issues with Bella just because it irked her.
