Mai walked into the Great Hall with quick steps, he wand held tightly in her hand. if she didn't watch herself, it just might've snapped in half right then and there. Usually she wouldn't let her self get this mad...it seemed pointless almost all the time. But this...this time it was different and she wasn't going to let someone like that girl stand in the way.

"I'm here."

Mai looks at the two and then at Katara storming off. Still clutching to her wand she slowly (but still with tension) lowers it. A little bit disappointed.

Zuko rubs at the burning spot on his cheek as Katara storms out. He then slowly raises his eyes to meet Mai's. "I'm guessing you want to hit me too."

Raising her hand in the air, she's about to hit him. Only she stop herself and walks off the the other way.

Relieved that she didn't hit him he walks towards her, slowly. "Mai, listen...I'm sorry."
