Oatmeal was 19 when I had to put her down, and I still think I didn't get enough time with her! It's just no fun saying good-bye to our furry friends. I'm sorry you're having to do it AGAIN so soon - though no time is really a "good" time.

Thank you :) yeah, I think that's really kicking me in the guts right now... I'm still having "Lizzie is still here" dreams quite often and this is hard not only because it's my baby boy Ruffles, but because it's reopening all the Lizzie wounds so soon after she's gone. I did say back when she died that no doubt Ruffles would want to make it all about him soon enough, though, and true to form... heh.
