Whatever you do, do not get discouraged. As you probably already know, starting your own business will require a LOT of paperwork and legal work. And a lot of time and money; a 5-year plan, a loan, no vacations, long hours, etc. But if it's something that you'd really love and enjoy, go for it and don't hold back. I'm so glad you're finding your way and finding things that make your heart smile.
