My god this is beautiful. Your descriptions - even of mundane things like a squash - are just so eloquent. Then the description of the domestic scene - so sweet. And - alright - that word is overused. But it just made me feel so... content. I wish that you would write more.

This is beautifully written! The little bird reminds me of Draco a little bit. And the idea that Draco allows himself to relax in Harry's presence is beautiful.
I loved this image: makes him feel happier than a shaken up bottle of Butterbeer
