Make Whole What Has Been Smashed by Charlie J (gigantic). Sherlock is living his life backwards in time, everyone else is living forwards.

Beautiful Dreamer by worldaccordingtofangirls. Somewhat similar to the World on His Wrist Series. When Sherlock sleeps, he sometimes slips into parallel realities.
