I felt like posting fic tonight, which I thought would mean that I'd have to WRITE fic tonight, but then I was looking through my fanfiction folder and discovered this drabble! Which I... wrote in June. And never posted.
It's possible that I never posted it because whoa, weird pairing. But it's kind of a cute little fic, and posting it is a lot easier than writing something new, so I figured what the heck. ;-) This way it's not just sitting on my hard drive, anyway.

Her bare toes dig into Colby's thigh, and he reaches down absently to stroke her foot, massaging the sole gently with his thumb. She watches him over her glasses, amused at the concentration lining his face, his eyes fixed on the TV. She ignores the game, watching him for another moment before looking back to the article in her lap.
("Plans for tonight?" Don had asked her, and she'd smiled easily.)
She stretches her feet across his legs, and he looks up, surprise quickly erased by a grin, eyes crinkling at the corners as he digs his fingers in deep.
