Thanks! :-) Jo was the daughter of the woman (Ellen) who owned the roadhouse that Sam and Dean discovered early in S2. She was played by Alona Tal and appeared in four episodes, most notably 2x06 "No Exit" and 2x14 "Born Under a Bad Sign." She looks like this:
