Very sweet. I like that you have him feeling capable in the CoS job some of the time because I think that is under-represented in post-series fic. Loved that you had Donna make the wheat-thin crack.

Great story. It was nice not to see Josh written as having it all together, even when he likes to think he does. Poignant and sweet, very nice.

This was very nice. I liked that you showed both sides: Josh's competency and also his feeling that he may not be able to measure up to Leo. And I love the 2 comments above being sequential! Both are true observations for this fic and that was my favorite thing. Also, this line:

It was like the first Thanksgiving he'd gone back home after his father died and he'd had to lead the blessing before the meal.

That seems like it would be just about right.
