There's a spell that can be used to repel them - the Patronus Charm. Potter's more experienced with it than I am.

[And that's all Draco's willing to say on this particular subject - he'd rather think about his own ferret Patronus as little as possible.]

No one who's been Kissed ever recovers, but if those sodding gods are meddling, that's probably changed here, too.
