Miss Zelda, I believe you are the one in charge of the housing project. May I ask if there is a sort of report of how many houses will there be? Which is the current state of the buildings?

The state varies, to be perfectly honest. Some of the buildings are almost fit for habitation, others will take quite a bit of work to see through to standard, but they will be fully habitable once the work is done. In the section I found I believe there was roughly five houses, ten bedrooms over all along with living space.

We need to move away from ShinRa's building as soon as possible. A list of citizens would be useful- so as to know who need a residence and who would be willing to help. It is certain everyone is currently engaged in different activities.
Even if my main priority relies in the assistance of the survivors, I would like to participate.

I am no expert on architecture; it may be that there are other buildings nearby that are usable with work. I believe it is best that we stay close together. Safer and more efficient, since we will all have to work together not. Organization will be crucial at these early stages.
