Grue eggs?

Okay...so I've got an extra grue egg and without a doubt I keep getting more and more eeevery "round".

What can I do with the extras? Can't sell, can't donate, don't want to cook. Is there anything else?

The only other options are put in display case, and just ignore.

save them and sell them in trade after you kill the sorceress.

Nope, all you can really do is save them or cook them. They're untradeable and the omelettes are quest items too so if you do decide to cook them, make sure to only make as many as you'll use.

Are you ascending harcore or softcore? Grue egg omelets are wonderful starter foods on the dark moon days if you have the ability to pull them from Hagnk's.

Don't think I am ready for hardcore yet, only ascended once and learning the hard way how THAT should be done, heh. But I'll hang on to the egg for the time being, thank you for the suggestion.

Just to clarify: you can't pull the grue egg omelettes themselves from Hagnk's; they're quest items, so if you ascend with one in your inventory, they'll disappear. However, if you can pull the eggs and the spooky mushrooms, that can be pretty good if you're planning on starting on the dark moons.
