As mentioned in a previous entry, I heard back about Kelley Armstrong's Otherworld Short Story Contest. I didn't win, but I did get some good feedback which may be summarised thusly: "technically well written, but the story was a bit pants". Which is fair enough, the story was horribly clichéd, but there you go.

That was a great story, i really enjoyed it. I always think short stories are harder to write, getting the balance between to much and two little detail. But I thought that one had it just right and I really liked it.
