WHAT INFORMATION COULD SHE GLEAN: Normally Safeguard's pretty level in the emotional field - what she could glean is a very strong loyality-attachment to Vector Prime, that he's emphatically bonded to said person. He love's tuna. Srsly, the kid's like addicted to it. Anything else, just ask. She can also glean that Safeguard has a larger... large.. power source linked to him, but it's unable to be accessed, at all. Ever, while in the City.
WHAT ILLUSIONS COULD SHE CAST: XD Anything she's like.
WOULD YOUR CHARACTER BE AWARE OF THE GLEANING/ILLUSIONS: Depends. Safeguard's fairly observant, no matter how much he doesn't seem to be. No on the illusions though.

WHAT INFORMATION COULD SHE GLEAN: Anything she wants, you know his canon and she can see anything he thinks/does in the City.

WHAT INFORMATION COULD SHE GLEAN: What emotions she's feeling will obviously depend on the situation, but the most recent canon event that's fresh on her mind is being pulled into Limbo with her classmates, and had to give up a piece of her soul to save them all. Now she's occasionally (wrongfully) paranoid that her soul might be defective. The most recent GAME thing that'll be fresh on her mind is the whole attack with Grell, wherein her basic faith in human goodness is being violently tested. So there's lots of fun stuff rattling around in her brain.
WHAT ILLUSIONS COULD SHE CAST: Anything. Go nuts.
WOULD YOUR CHARACTER BE AWARE OF THE GLEANING/ILLUSIONS: Gleaning no, illusions maybe. It depends whether or not the illusions clearly make no sense and the stuff shouldn't be there. But it would probably take her a few minutes to make the realization, though. Her power also involves hallucinations so it's not much of a leap.

WHAT INFORMATION COULD SHE GLEAN: She is utterly and completely obsessed with books. There may be other things going on in her mind depending--thoughts of her sisters, her friend Nenene, other friends, in a moment of crisis calmly going through her combat training, but there's almost always books and reading on her mind.
WHAT ILLUSIONS COULD SHE CAST: Anything? If you mean drawing from images in Maggie's mind, her sisters Anita and Michelle would be good candidates, and if you're talking about those books you've read prior to 1885, anything from those that she might have heard of.
WOULD YOUR CHARACTER BE AWARE OF THE GLEANING/ILLUSIONS: No/she would not be aware they were illusions until it was shown to her.

WHAT INFORMATION COULD SHE GLEAN: That he's looking for someone he's half convinced will never actually be found. He's also got a general fear/hatred of being powerless and lack of patience for just about everything. Also, books are far more interesting than most people.
WHAT ILLUSIONS COULD SHE CAST: Pretty much anything is game.
WOULD YOUR CHARACTER BE AWARE OF THE GLEANING/ILLUSIONS: He might have a vague idea of both. He's familiar enough with illusions/altering reality from Wanda. Pietro's also been around enough telepaths to have a general idea of what one feels like.
