I'm also thinking I need to subscribe to lifehack's RSS feed -- I've seen a couple good articles referenced, and it looks like it's relatively intelligent material. Little reminders on how to make things better are good s:)

A lot of those are actually statements used to help those with severe anxiety disorder and Bipolar disorder. I know, because I was treated for these. They are simple statements so you can follow them without forgetting them easily. You have to catch when you are doing these things, then reiterate the statement to yourself a few times, and move on with life. The trickiest part is REALIZING when you are doing these things, as a society we get in the habit of worrying and over-analyzing. It took me about three years of good practice to get them down and working.
