[Even though he's had his discussion with Sanji and knows he should go home? Yeah no, sorry, Roxas is still sulking off outside of the village. He's got nothing of interest to really look at or think about, but soon he hears...

...what the hell, is that an angry rabbit? He's going to sneak up a little closer and peer around a tree. He doesn't say anything just yet, just watching Sora and the rabbit talk. And he doesn't plan on announcing his presence either, thank you very much.

And really, that plan would have worked so, so well, if he hadn't lost his balance and bobbled a bit, stepping on a dead stick and allowing it to snap in half. Whoops.]

[not quite the latter, but not quite the former, either-- meeting "someone from the dark" isn't too distant of a memory for Sora-- barely, actually. he recognizes that voice. he recognizes the figure in front of him, too.]

Roxas? [but he still has to make sure. a fight and a photo are all he has to go off of for someone he'd really just wanted to meet.]

[it wouldn't have taken much more than a regular sized wolf for Sora's fight-or-flight instinct to kick in, really. but his tendency to fight win over his tendency to run, after all. if he can take down a giant psycho lizard, then surely a giant-- well, don't know if he's psycho or not yet-- wolf shouldn't be a problem. he holds his ground, silently waiting to see what his opponent will do.]
