'Twas the week before finals and all through the dorm...
The last time I went back home was like a month ago and one side of our fence was completely missing. My mom said the dog was limping a bit, but got better. I think he may have gotten hit by the fence or stepped on a splinter. He's alright though, but our fence is totally effed up.

I ran into Phill Lamarr at Comic Con and a bunch of other voice actors. I wanted to ask for autographs, but I was too nervous. I kept running into them repeatedly. I saw Watchmen today. It was awesome. It was really gorey, almost worse than a Saw movie (I've only seen 1 and 4, so I don't know if there's more gore) but it was great. I was going through some edits of my story and found my teacher's edit. I got a B/B+, despite the horrendous historical flub. I'm actually happy. I thought I would have gotten worse. I'd ask my cat, Stripes, what she does when she goes out at night and whether she loves our dog, Zachary. I'd ask Zachary why he's so hard headed and why he doesn't eat out of a bowl. I didn't get screwed!
In fact, nothing happened in my workshop for creative writing. The teacher mentioned there was a historical inaccuracy but wasn't anal about it. I have yet to go through the actual critiques, but people said a lot of positive things about it. There were a few problematic things, things that they confirmed that I already knew. Writer's Block: Dream Trip
I'd probably go back to London first, and see if I can find all the places I went to six years ago by memory. I'd probably try to go backpacking around Europe and stay in hostels and meet with locals. That's the kind of trip that I want. I want to do the same in Japan and just go backpacking and just winging it. I'd do the same thing in Australia ( Read more... )
