I may or may not be there. Plans are up in the air at the moment.

However, for sure I will be at the Ball, and I expect to have a guest accompanying me as well.

My educated guess is that everybody will gather around at the entrance and mill around glomming on to other steampunk lookin' people until critical mass is reached, at which point everyone will enter en mass.
